We have been a business membership customer of Costco for a while and over the last year we have become more and more disappointed in our Buford store. Products get moved around a lot making it hard to find. They stopped carrying the personal sized bottles of Diet Coke. Now they've stopped carrying Egglands best eggs and other things. I recently thought I would try their dish-washing packets to save a few bucks, they're awful, not only do you have to wash your dishes well before loading them in the dishwasher but you have to use 3 packets to get clean dishes. I am not going to re-new our business membership this year, 2016, and I'm thinking about ditching Costco altogether because they are no longer a customer focused store, but just another profit driven store. Less stuff I can by there equals less chance my Business membership will pay off.
