Flintstone recently installed a patio, driveway and pooldeck for us at our new home. We had a couple of other installers give us estimates. While Flintstone was slightly higher we chose to contract with them because their follow through was perfect. We had s dificult time deciding on which paver we wanted to use. They made several trips to our home to deliver samples and help us through the process. We made a few design changes mid way through the project and they didn't charge us when they easily could have. They have since worked for 2 of our neighbors as well. They were by far the best contractor we had working on our home.

We hired Flintstone Pavers to re-sand and seal approximately 18,000 square feet of concrete pavers in our driveway at The Gables on Peachtree. They made more mistakes that I can describe here, and our driveway now looks worst than it did before they started. We advanced Flintstone the funds they needed to buy the materials for the job as they did not have credit with the supplier, and make the final payment in good faith expecting they would finish the job and fix the problems. What a mistake. It has been more than five months now since the job was done, and aside from coming by once at our insistence to see the places they missed adding sand, we have received nothing from them but excuses. Having spent 36 years as a quality control professional, I can assure you these people had little regard for either quality of work or customer service in our case.

We hired Flintstone Pavers to install a paver driveway because our concrete driveway was cracked (again!). We had heard that pavers are expensive, but will last a lifetime. We discovered that pavers are not as expensive as we feared, especially if you factor in the price of re-surfacing our concrete (3 times in less than 15 years). The process was less than a week, and they did everything they said they would (shocking!). As all homeowners know, home improvement can be a nightmare. From price gauging to long delays, to workers that scare me, Flintstone was actually a joy to work with. We are thrilled with their performance. I guess there's plenty to be said about family owned business over a corporate meat grinder!
