This is one of the worst companies to rent from, they will try to rip you off every chance they get. If you're looking to rent a place do NOT go through them.. We have had so many problems with them it's ridiculous.. We have to pay rent through an online service they provide wich worked for one month and now everytime I need to make the rent payment with a check they charge me an extra fee which they refuse to wave even though we can't make the payment online. They have a fee for everything, when it comes to paying the rent u better not b a day late because they will charge you 10% of your rent plus 50 dollars! They don't care about the tenant just ways they can make money of you.. Just last month we complaint AGAIN about the online payment because we were out of town and couldn't send the check before we left.. When I called they didn't care that the online system (the lady on the phone was very sarcastic and almost seemed to be enjoying the fact that we were going to be charged a fee)wasn't working And they still charged me for the fees even though the money was there.. Also they say that they have a maintenance request portal that they never respond to.. If something needs to be fix like the AC or anything that falls under they're maintenance they will try they're best to pin it on the tenant to avoid fixing it themselves . Stay away and live somewhere happily
