I bought 4 new tires (high performance all-season tires at $91/tire is a heck of a deal) from this location and after Susan offered $40 off a base alignment package ($84.99 regularly), I thought it would be a good idea to go ahead and have my tires installed here too. WRONG!!!



I watched the mechanic (Orlando) used what look to be a large flat wrench/crow-bar to unmount and mount my tires to the rim. This tool not only came in contact with my wheels but rubbed on several spots on 3 out of 4 wheels causing deep metal scratches.



The mechanic came out while I was inspecting my tire and asked if there was a problem. He ended with "if you have a problem, then you can speak to the GM". Plus my steering wheel was not straight.



GM offered to replace my rims, 4 days later he back tracked, told my husband I lied about the damage. His final offer was only to repair the deep scratches. I only came back to have my steering wheel straightened but will never come back in the future.

I usually do not write reviews but I would not want anyone else to experience the service I recieved from this location. DO NOT HAVE YOUR CAR REPAIR AT THIS LOCATION!!!!!!. You are promised premuim parts and you get the cheapest possible parts they have in the store for the cost of premium. I will now have to take my car back to dealer to have them remove the cheap parts that were installed. So now I will be paying twice for the brake/rotor job that should have been done properly in the first place. I got a partial refund but I felt I should have received a full refund. I was taken for a ride and I am very disappointed because I love to support the local businesses in my community. I will not go back to this store because I did not think they were professionals in the service provided. I had to stand my ground to get the partial refund. What ever happen to the customers are always right when you can prove that you were taken for a ride.

This is definitely a place that will see me again! Store manager, Ivan was exceptional in his task of getting my 2010 Tahoe serviced for the best price! I even got a free tire rotation. While waiting I found some Hot acessories & was able to use a coupon online (which Ivan told me about) to get a nice discount! The sales man @ the register, Spencer, was so patient during my purchase process! The tech who worked on my truck has it running much better. Thanks to you all.

I recently took my daughters car into Pep Boys on buford dr for tires. The manager and Customer Service Associate were very polite and helpful. I bought four tires and left a very satisfied customer.

Ivan, Paul and Luis were such a big help when I went to get my car checked out today. Not only were they honest about the issues I have with my car, they were compassionate enough to give me a discount and help me determine a plan to get the necessary repairs done. Ivan and Paul gave me great advice about what I should do, not from a general manager and technician viewpoint, but from a caring and empathetic understanding. I was distraught upon my arrival but felt relieved with peace of mind when I left. It was nice to receive honest work and I will definitely be back for all my auto needs!

Awesome service! A very special Thank You goes to Carla, Ivan & Ricardo! Carla, for making sure I purchased the Road Hazard Warranty when I bought my new tires just two weeks prior. Ivan, for keeping me constantly updated on the progress, as my replacement tire had to be ordered & delivered from another location. And Ricardo for assuring me that he would be the one to perform the service and that he personally would make sure it was done correctly. I encourage everyone to go ahead and spend the few extra dollars for the Road Hazard Warranty. I never would have imagined that I would've needed it after just two weeks, but boy am I glad I had it... it saved me a nice chunk of change!

I was in distressed when i called pepboys because i was driving around with a flat, even though it was a run flat tire, my entire was shredding...I knew i had to get to a service station soon. All the service stations wer closing and know service station was willing to assist me . i remebered that pep boys had just recently opened and i called from my cell, i spoke with Karl Cooper who was friendly, understanding and sensative to my issue. He went searching for a tire to fit my vechicle right away. He told me that he would have a tire ready as soon as i got there to replace my flat. They reassured me that they would wait until i arrived. i drove into pep boys and I was greeted as soon as i walked in. Craig Sanchez explained that he was assisting me in place of Karl but I was in good hands. He worked with me with several options of tires and prices to fit my budget which made me feel at ease. I felt that Craig was understanding to my needs and did what he could to assist me further. When Craig was unable to do any more for a better price, the manager Joe Young assisted and I must say he was a gem. He also worked and assisted the guys as much as possiable to get things done in a timely manner due to it was already closing time. The guys were not so concerned about going home but was more concerned with handeling my issues with my vehichle. I felt so at ease that i trusted my vechicle with them completly. I needed back break pads and I ended up buying 4 tires as well because Joe made it affordable for me. There was also a deal when you buy 4 tires, your get one free in which you receive a visa gift card by mail. That also made things much better price wise. ... Again the prices were very fair and they accomadated me with all my needs I thank JOE YOUNG for all his help as well as the rest of the team that night. I left feeling really good about the store and the people that worked there. I will be back for my automotive needs. I have a Lexus 460 GS and I take good care of my car. I know when i bring my vechile to them it is in great hands!
