My whole family is very pleased with Nail Secret Spa. My daughter and I get the SNS solar nail system. It is stronger and lighter than acrylic and maintenance free. Leaving the natural nail stronger not weak and brittle like acrylic. Even my husband goes sometimes to get the pedicures. Our entire family has be very pleased and appreciate the outstanding customer service the we get at the Nail Secret Spa.

By far the best nail salon I have ever been too! Clean, friendly, and did an amazing job on all of the services I requested!

WONDERFUL SPA!

I have been going to the Secret Nail Spa for many years and I think it is wonderful. The new establishment has a convenient location with plenty of parking in front and on the side. As you walk in the door you notice the large interior with an elegant wall of mirrors on one side and the very comfortable chairs on the other side. The shop is clean, well maintained, and hygienic. They use a new foot liner for every client, and sanitize the instruments to insure the most sanitary conditions are maintained. The spa is the perfect combination of a warm, relaxing, friendly, and comfortable atmosphere; and a clean, sanitary facility. The staff is professional and usually very friendly (after all, we all can have a bad day once a year, right )? Over the years I have had many of the services offered, and have never been disappointed. One day I received a custom hand painted manicure by one of the talented nail technicians and it was truly a work of art. I would, and in fact have, recommended this spa to many of my friends. Most of them like it very much also. Even when they are crowded, they will fit you in and make you feel welcome and comfortable. Overall, the Secret Nail Spa staff does a wonderful job.

My friend and I went on a Saturday afternoon with an appt. we both had pedis. I had the super deluxe and she had the regular one. I was immediately impressed when greeted and they knew we had appts. It was very crowded when we arrived, but they had two chairs available immediately. The next big impression was the use of liners in the soak tubs. It took a bit of work for our technicians to get them on, but it was worth the wait to me. the chairs are awesome. Lots of different massage styles available. The shop was clean and the personnel were friendly for the most part. The girl that helped my friend did a good job but acted angry the whole time she worked on her and did not make much eye contact. Both of the ladies that helped me were sweet. Overall I was very pleased with my pedi and my friend was as well. I would recommend to all.

Should have gone with my gut and walked back right out. First impression was no good, manicurest was rude, did not use clean implements, after refusing to do my usual set of acryllic and insisting I do gel, not one of my nails are the same length, the white tips are all crooked, they also glow in the dark?, look.almost greenish yellow, and are so sore I can't even use one of my thumbs, I also have gel and glue all over my fingers. If you want a ridiculously unprofessional, painful experience go here, otherwise be on the look out for their closing due to unsanitary implements after state board is notified an inspection is certainly needed..

Very clean place and very friendly. They always give you water. They give little girls balloons and they are very nice. They massage and have a lot of different spa options that you can not get at most nail salons. I would reccomend them.
