I don't know where to begin. They don't deserve any stars in my opinion and I think anyone who gave them a good review is probably an employee or they were paid to.In January of 2017 I call the shop for a quote on a transmission fluid drain and fill., for my 2013 Mitsubishi Lancer. I was quoted $80. When I came to pick up my car the lady at the desk tacked on another $50, telling me the guys in the back didn't know what they were taking about. She also, without speaking to me first changed my air filter at the price of $35. I'm not made of money and I had only budgeted for the price I was given over the phone, so now I'm TRYING to figure out how to come up with another $80. that is not the end of it. This is only the beginning . Fast forward 6 months, it's about mid July, my husband blows a tired and ends up scrapping a curb. Our vehicle starts leaking fluid. It's a dark brown liquid, I figure we damaged our oil pan. So my husband ( I wanted to take it somewhere else as l don't trust Shelby to be honest and reasonable take it up to bc of our last encounter.) They tell us we damaged our transmission pan. Now I'm confused bc I know what transmission fluid looks like and at 98,000( when we changed it in January) it was not as dark as the fluid coming out of my vehicle. And we had only gone another 12,000 miles since "the transmission fluid change" in January. I ask "You are trying to tell me my transmission fluid got darker in 6 months and 12,000 miles than it did in 2 years an 98,000 miles??" No!! They agreed that the color was off. Either they didn't change it at all, or they put used fluid in there or they are complete idiots and someone put oil in my transmission. I am furious. I can not stand a liar or a thief. My husband says "fix the leak, Do Not do anything over $200 without calling me first." That's not what happened. My opinion they should have done it on the house seeing as they charged me for work that wasn't done in the first place. This place is awful.

I can't say enough great things about Shannon and Bob at Shelby's Auto Repair. I'm always weary of who I leave my cars with but after hearing so many great things about their shop, I had to give them a try. I'm so glad I did. Shannon is always smiling and happy to get me in right away! Bob is the ONLY person I will bring my cars to. He goes above and beyond to fix any issue big or small while answering all my questions. These folks are the perfect example of good, honest, hardworking people. Thank You for another fantastic experience at Shelby's!

Took my classic 65 Buick Skylark in for service. Greeted by Shannon

in the front office, who was both courteous and professional. Bob diagnosed my problem immediately (tuneup required) and although

they were busy, put my car in the garage and completed the work within an hour. Very reasonable price and excellent work. If you want great service at great prices I would recommend Shelby's!
