Great selection of costumes but manager is RUDE. Receipt says Refund and exchanges up to 10/31 but they will give you attitude and tell you that they only accept exchanges and tell you that you are not listening to them when you keep demanding a refund. THE RECEIPT and STORE POLICY clearly states that REFUNDS are allowed up to Halloween day. The costume was new and accessories unopened. . My friends, family and I will not be returning to this location. The managers here obviously do not know what customer service means. I finally received my refund after the manager accused me of not listening and talking down to me like an idiot. HORRIBLE customer service. Unbelievable.
