The entire operation is both friendly and professional. The front office staff is welcoming and accommodating. The hygienists are skilled and very gentle. I can truly say I enjoy going to this dentist.

Went there done that didnt like it

I couldn't say enough about this dentist. Dr. Burgess is the greatest ever. You would be out of your mind to go anywhere else. The staff is top notch, and the treatment is fabulous. It makes me wonder if "porscheandruger" has even been to the office or just another dentist trying to save his failing practice by badmouthing another? I love Crossroads and tell everyone I know about them. Dont be fooled by a lame post throwing hatred.

I LOVED my experience at this office! Everyone was willing to take the time to explain all of my questions, as well as provide some amazing quality work. I have had bad experiences in the past and would say this office made me believe in going to the dentist again. Dr. Burgess is kind, patient, and has high integrity so you always know the quality and experience will be well worth the money you spend.

Dr. Burgess is ALWAYS willing to take the time and explain what I need. I have never felt pressured into a procedure like I have at other places. The office staff is professional and personal. I don't feel like a number when I walk in.
