I called and asked for a disconnect to be done on Dec 1st because I was leaving the area. Frontier disconnected me the same day I called, Nov 14th, when I called back to see what happened I got the run around and was told to turn it back on would cost me a whole month when I only need 2 weeks. I think that is very poor customer service.

Frequent disconnects and useless customer support. I recommend looking else ware for internet. Also no static IP so if you use anything that cares what your IP address is you will have to update it daily.

Beware of slow Internet speeds...

Beware of slow Internet speeds with Frontier! I had Frontier Internet for over a year and a-half only to discover I was only getting about 1 mbps download when I was paying for "up to" 6mbps. Clever how they provide the minimum amount of service required until you complain. The problem was NOT ON MY END, but Frontier's. It merely took a call to their office from the service tech to get the speed up to where it COULD have been... and SHOULD have been all along. When I called Customer service to request a refund for the poor service they were providing, they said in effect, "Too bad!"



SHOP AROUND. THERE IS MUCH BETTER SERVICE AND GREATER I-NET SPEEDS AVAILABLE IN THE BULLHEAD CITY AREA FOR THE SAME OR LESSER COST THAN WHAT FRONTIER HAS TO OFFER. I KNOW! I NOW HAVE IT!!



I'd give Frontier a zero rating if I could!
