Worst rental place I have ever dealt with. My husband rented a car from this Hertz for our weekend trip. The inside of the car was filthy. The floor was dirty and there was hair all over the car. They did not do a walk through (which I found odd) to go over the condition of the car when my husband picked it up. They just handed him the keys and told him the car was outside and that if he couldn't find it to just hit the alarm button. He brought it home and we loaded up the car and got in. When we turned on the air it smelled disgusting. The air smelled so bad my daughter had to hold her nose for a while. We've been driving for an hour and the smell has still not gone away. I called Hertz to make sure we would no be charged for the condition of the cat and to notify them of the smell of the car when the air gets turned on, Jennifer answered and was quite rude. All she said was the they vacuum their cars with their shop vac (if that's true, then it's time to upgrade vacuums to one that actually works) and she did not address the air issue at all. I don't usually complain and this is the first review I have ever done, but this place was horrible. I will he calling the corporate number after my trip (to see what else goes wrong with this) and letting them know how this branch is their cars and customers. Definitely go to enterprise. I know I that is who I will be doing all my rental business with from now on.

I made a reservation 5 days before I needed a car.. I went to go pick it up Saturday to find out that the asst. Manager sent all the cars to fort mohave on Friday... why I have no idea as he then told me he sold out of the cars.. I have never seen such poor customer service in my life.. I was treated like I was begging for a hand out not like I had money or a reservation. I do not like being lied to and this is all they did. Oh and when I got to the other store 20 minutes later they had a sign on the door be back in thirty minutes.. how professional... I will never use hertz in the tri-state area.. and there are other reviews I seen after my bad experience about the main manager heather moody.. so asking for the manager is no use even tho when I asked to speak to the manager it was a man on the phone..

However, subsequent search with argument: Needles, CA truck rentals, Posley proprietor , not found & listed. fs
