Went in for their calamari. Had it before and was outstanding. This time it was rubbery. The burgers were old, and cold. I have had outstanding service and food before. This time? No way.

A wonderful dining experience.Is the best way to describe the meal me and my wife had. The staff is friendly and courteous ,my prime rib and my wife's Delmonico was very flavorful the baked potato was perfect and their steak nachos is the best appetizer we have ever had .Then when we told the server it was our anniversary they gave us a free desert.So all in all the best dining experience we have had in years.A little pricy but worth it.

I have visited this establishment frequently in the last four years I have seen lots of changes but I've never seen such a big change and such an improvement the managment staff are really on their game.

I had a 9oz filet and grilled shrimp. My wife had a full rack of ribs. The food was out of this world amazing. The bartender Bryan made the best drinks I've had in town hands down.

I'm also very pleased to see there are no more felons working at this establishment

Four of us have been coming to Mohave Steakhouse since it opened. Each time the meals were more than fantastic and worth the price. We looked forward to every visit. It is a 30 mile drive for us and the gals would spend the whole trip talking about what they would be ordering. Unfortunately in late September, 2011, we found the steaks to be a much lower quality and not cooked correctly; salad was smaller and not fresh, no tomatos; the soup was a much smaller portion; the baked potatoes were smaller and wrinkled like they were left over from last night. And the usually great service was not so great. I can see an occaisional slipage but EVERYTHING has gone downhill. This happens to so many restaurants that start out great and then cut quality. Usually they do it a little at a time. We didn't mind paying more for good quality. I had to rate Mojave at least ONE STAR to complete this review. Actually I wouldn't even give them that. Now that the quality is gone at Mojave, we're looking for another quality steakhouse. Any ideas???

The food is great. I really enjoy the quite atmosphere. Yes the steaks are excellent but worth the price!!

Excellent! What a find! Scrumptuous steaks and the sweet potato fries are out of this world. Good, crisp mixed lettuce for the salad and a personal bread loaf - yum!

This is a good place to eat if you like steak. A bit on the pricey side tho; and if you like a quiet meal, don't let them seat you in the Bar area. Also, when we were there, all the ceiling fans were at full speed (in the bar area), so it took about 3 minutes for our steaks to get cold.
