Hands down best service when it comes to shipping. Employees are always courteous and professional and go the extra mile when delivering packages; where every other service just throws my packages over the fence, our postal delivery person always brings them to our door. Easy to ship packages from home; they give you boxes & envelopes and you can print your own postage, leave the box for the carrier, and never have to leave the house! My local satellite office is usually busy but I’m always greeted with a smile and never rushed. I don’t use other shipping services unless I absolutely have to.

You can not call, wait time most of the time is 30 to 45 minutes. Who wants to be on hold this long? It either that or wait in line. Our govt. at work what do you expect.

This is a hick station and ran like a real redneck slow office. Many call the whole town a nightmare so no doubt the Post Office is slow and stupid.

a delivery was not left in our box. This was a limited quantity $200 item put in someone elses box apparently (and this is NOT the first time). Tried to call the office and was told by a recording there was a 22 to 32 minute wait - it has been 49 minutes now and still waiting!!! Really!! this long. Ridiculous!!! If there was a 1/4 star I would have chosen it

Don't know what's going on with the post office my mail is being returned asundeliverable again. I have called several times about this matter-

Not sure what is going on there. They moved August 8,2015 with very little notice. Now I read in the paper that they took mail boxes from owner and the owner will reopen at original address! I have changed several addresses to the new address. Very confusing !!!!!!

We live in Bullhead city! We are retired and take vacations...sometimes 3 to 4 weeks. When we come home... all of our mail is GONE! The postal delivery person takes it upon themselves to say we have moved and the house is vacant. Where is our mail? This has happened twice in the last 13 months.

I have been trying to talk to a live body at your Lakeside facility and have been unsuccessful for the last few days. I have mailed a letter to British Columbia, Canada on April 11, 2015 and appears letter has never reached destination. I still have a question on how the post office handles this type of situation.
