This car wash sucks very unprofessional you would think for the $16 car wash vacuum would be included mind you my mistake not knowing the vacuums not included but for $16 and they still wouldn't freaking bother to vacuum it to keep a good paying customer I'll never go back there plus I always tip them manager sucks I will be speaking to the owner very unprofessional you would think they would want to keep a customer

Took my wife's car to Wash Me in Bullhead City.
The 3/4 ton pick up truck in front of me stopped for some reason and before I knew it my car was slamming into it "twice" so i applied my brakes and the roller pushing me started pushing the truck. My car just sat there and before I knew it the car behind me was approaching me I didn't know what to do, "no help from staff" so I put my car in drive and drove through very slow and exited with soap all over my car and damage on the front bumper. The manger said I don't see any damage of course that is what he is going to say. I took pictures of my car and the truck trailer hitch that damaged my bumper. I had to beg the manager for a business car so I can make contact with them if my wife is unhappy with the damage. All the manager offered was he was willing to wipe the car down for me. Really, Seriously ??? WOW great customer service Wash Me car wash !!!

Took my wife's car to Wash Me Car Wash by Target in Bullhead City today. Cost $10. The "spotless" car wash left the car water spotted, and didn't take the bugs off. The guys that dried the car didn't even try to get them off. I had to finish the job when I got home. If you feel like wasting $10. and your time, go to Wash Me Car Wash. I'll be going back to Terrible Herbst as soon as their concrete dries!

Best deal in town. Can't beat the level of detail and effort for the price. Have tried a couple of the other car washes in town and if I can't wash our vehicles myself during the cooler months Wash Me Car Wash is only place I'll let wash them.
