Great service and honest place . Very reliable place too rent and service work. Would recommend to everyone.

This place really don't even deserve a star but I have no choice if I want to leave a review. I took my jet ski in for service and advise of a mechanical issue that was going on. In my experience most places will try to identify the mechanical issues, advise of problem's, cost and wait for an approval from the owner (right).



These guys completed the ski service ($150) , left a message stating the ski was ready and never mentioned anything about the mechanical problems. Here I thought, great!!! Must not have been to much of anything wrong. When I arrive to pick up the ski I was told the ski head gasket was blown and it will cost $800 to fix. To top it all off the repair guy/owner stated, "You look like your ready to go out on the water but your not going out today as he was laughing".



WHY IN THE HAKE WOULD YOU DO THE SERVICE!!!!!!!! Knowing the ski was not going to be operational. To make matters worse after taking the ski somewhere else because i didn't trust these guys I noticed the jet ski key was not on the ski. When I returned to the business to inquire about the missing key the very same person that completed the service was very unprofessional, yelling, shouted out racial slurs and a took a fighting stance. I have way to much to loose than to stoop down to this ignorant person's level.



Next time I will spend the extra money and take my jet ski some where who believes in customer service and their are plenty of great places out there. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!!!!! Everyone who comes out to Laughlin for river trips finance these repair and rental shops.
