Great store and employees.

My visit on 3-13-2014 Wednesday at 8:11pm was an unacceptable experience. After placing my order in drive thru, I pulled up to window & was immediately told from the manager (Bruce Bucklin) that "my store does not have enough whipped cream for your order." Which was two small cups of whipped cream. He then stated: "I need the rest of the whipped to fill other orders". There was not an apology or even a greeting just that he was not going to fill my order. This decision is unheard of. This is the service industry. This is an obvious internal problem with not having full stock of product that is required on menu. With this type of circumstance, my family, my friends, my business employees & my husbands business has been made aware and have all agreed will not return to this Starbucks ever again. This is a very poor decision on the behalf of this manager & with this type of management, this Starbucks would no longer be "IN" business! Never return!
