I brought an Apple iPhone 7 Plus to Jose who ensured me he would be able to replace the glass screen with no issues. It took several days back-and-forth to complete because he originally purchased the wrong screen. When I finally got the phone back, my home button no longer works and the screen was very glitchy. I took my phone to a legitimate business and had it looked at. They determined that Jose used regular screws inside of my phone instead of the screws that came with. He damaged the inside of my phone to the point of it being unfixable. Never bring your electronics to this “business”. Attached are the pictures of what the inside of my phone looks like after Jose got his hands on it.
