Crap products, no customer support. DO NOT BUY!

I bought two boat cabin hinges for my boat , first day on the snapped in two.I called the company and explained, the guy was rude and said "things break". 30 dollars wasted

Purchased a part from ugly fish and recieved the part promtly only to find out they sent the wrong part (no big deal) they had them mixed up they owned up to the mix up and stated they would send the new correct part out when they recieved the one they sent. so i returned the part they stated they recieved it and then No new part! No reply to my emails! and No answer on the phone! ...REPOST 9/18/12 After a few attemtps i have managed to contact ugly fish inc. they stated they was very sorry for the mix up and have since refunded my purchase in full. honorable i would say mistakes happen. hopefully a learnig experience for them and for their future customers.
