Do NOT use this company, period. First off, the owner Jeff does not take credit cards....only cash or checks. And now I know why. If a problem should arise, he does not have to worry about any charge-backs from credit card companies due to any bad craftsmanship on his products. I ordered a replacement Insulated glass pane which he gladly made up for my window within a few days. I paid him in full at time of delivery, he quickly left & that was the last time I have seen him. Due to some rainy weather, a few days later I tried to install the unit & it did not fit! The insulated glass unit was made too thick for my metal framed window, thus I contacted the owner & explained what was the issue. He tells me it should fit, but he said that he uses a commercial seal & sometimes they are a little bit thicker then normally sized. I told him that the window needs the size I ordered, otherwise something is going to break. He tells me he will make a new one to the correct size, but that was the last time I heard from this guy. It's been over 2 months now, I called several times and no responses. I filed a complaint with the BBB of Northeast Florida and still no responses. Thus, if you need to get your windows fixed or new glass panes made up, I would suggest you look for another company to do business with if you value quality and customer service!
