My wife and I rented a car from Advantage in Burbank about May 28, 2008. The shuttle from Bob Hope Airport was on time. The staff at the rental desk were very fast and friendly. The car that we got, a Hyundai Sonata was clean and new. The car was returned to LAX 3 days later about 8 pm. The staff there were friendly, competent and helpfull. The shuttle took to LAX and we were very pleased with every aspect of the auto rental. I will definitely use Advantage again.
