Armando is an honorable, dependable, and honest contractor. On a day when I was having issues with the sink in my kitchen, Armando came out to my home to help me out with the problem. What stands out are the circumstances under which Armando took my distress call:

a) He already was on task with another job at another site that was in a different county.

b) He took the job despite knowing that he would not finish with his current assignment until 5 pm.

c) He knew he was going to fight traffic for 2 hrs to make it to my home.

Some plumbers could have easily not taken the call and let the issue stew over the holiday (It was the night prior to New Year's Eve). When Armando came to my door it was 7pm but he was in a good mood and was happy to help me out with my sink issue. As he completed his job, he thanked me for the call and wished me and family a Happy New Year. There were no added charges for his service. I wish him well and I hope this review helps to generate more business for him.
