Staff is great, practically no waiting, no pressure to buy anything. Very convenient location and big space.

Normally, there is a long wait in this store but I was surprised the last time I went to purchase an iPad few weeks ago. They entertained us the moment we walked into the store. The staff was very helpful and patient with me. I told him what I need and the price range I want to pay. He did not push me into buying more than what I need. He was professional and courteous the whole time. There are several parking structures at walking distance. It's location is across Burbank mall and around various shopping stores, restaurants and AMC movie theaters. Since most of the transactions involve several minutes to finish, they should have at least kept the customer restroom inside the store which they had before they made it into a stock room. I only thing I do not like about my visit was the offer to subscribe to Direct TV and home security which we did not came there to begin with but which I understand he needed to offer to us as part of his job.
