Great airport that is easy to get in and out of quickly. The facilities are a little old but hopefully with the plan updates that will improve the travel experience.

Flying into and out of Burbank Airport is 1000x better than battling traffic to get to LAX 2 hours early in order to make it through their security lines in time for your flight.

Bob Hope Airport is very small, but it's also very fast. You quickly get checked in, quickly make it through the airport security and the time from arrival to gate is measured in minutes, not hours.

When arriving at Bob Hope Airport, you get off the plane on the tarmac, walk inside and get to the baggage claim within a few minutes and the bags actually make it to the baggage claim within about 5 minutes, not the 30+ minutes at most airports. It's such a fast and easy experience.

The downside is that not many cities have direct flights to BUR, but it's usually worth a layover to not have to deal with LAX, especially if you are going to North LA.

Sourhwest airlines is our first choice at this airport. The airport is clean and everyone is friendly!

This is my "go to" airport. While it doesn't have a lot of amenities, parking and drop off is easy. Very easy to navigate once you're inside. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Lines to check in move quickly.

Love this smaller airport. I try to use this one if I can. It is very convenient & waaay easier to deal with than LAX. Sometimes you have to wait in a bit of a line to get to the terminals. Highly recommend.

This is a great place to go instead of lax. Close to most of mud/central LA and so much easier to get to/from.

If you live on the East Side of L.A. or the Valley, this is a much easier/convenient airport to fly in and out of (compared to LAX). Drop-off and parking is such a cinch. I just wish they flew to more locations.

Convenient little airport to fly in and out of. Way better than having to deal with LAX. However, this place needs to streamline the security screening process.

If you can get a flight out of BUR, take it. It's a good airport, worth the extra bump in cost over LAX congestion.

It's great to have an airport local but this might be the smallest airport in L.A. You really just come here to take a flight but definitely nothing to look or buy.

This airport is so easy - fast lines and easy checkin.
