Dr Timothy Poon isn't the only great thing about this dental practice: Joy at the front desk and Cecilia treat me like a family friend. Dr Poon carefully and methodically explains whatever he sees in my teeth or gums. Every procedure is laid out clearly, and charges are billing is very clear and reasonable. When I need an extra copy of an invoice for a secondary insurance claim, that's no problem. Insurance forms worry me, but Dr Poon's office takes care of all the paperwork. And when something happens and I'm worried about my teeth, his phone service can reach him (or a trusted colleague) outside regular hours.
