OMG! I would NOT recommend Dr. Armen. I talked to him earlier today to inquire about an overcharge (I scheduled a cleaning and my insurance was billed for a "Deep Cleaning") and he would not stop yelling at me, telling me he cannot remember every client and he goes by the paperwork- I initialed in a "Gum Treatment" box and put an "X" under the "Alternatives" list next to "Regular Cleaning" since that is what I scheduled and was getting that day. I was in and out in 20 minutes. I even asked on my way out for a receipt and was told that I did not need one since it was a routine cleaning. Well, they went ahead and charged me for "Gum Treatment" aka "Scaling" even though they did not give me that service. And Dr. Armen had the nerve to tell me on the phone that now he will check because I probably owe him money since I did not pay anything on my way out that day. He said that the fact that my initials is in the "Gum Treatment" box is enough for him to do what he is doing- even though I put an "X" next to "Regular Cleaning" and I was assured on that day I only received a routine cleaning. My insurance was billed over $1,000 for a 20 minute cleaning. What a joke. The worst part was that he verbally attacked me. I am 26 years old- I don't even need a Deep Cleaning for gum disease. Stay away from this place. They are unclear and do not communicate. And Dr. Armen was a complete a-hole on the phone, he could have at least pretended like he cared.
