I have been going to Paul at Burbank Express since the mid-90s. He is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and does the best job of any computer repair person I've ever gone to. A true expert.

so I called to find out how much adware removal would be the man who answered the phone was incredibly rude to me and even hung up on me because I "asked too many questions " all he would tell me is the price is 135 I asked what I was paying for he didn't hav an answer I asked is that all labor cost he sadi yes I asked what software they would be downloading to my device and he yells "sir we charge 135 and I aked why hes being so rude he said I was rude for asking questions this man should be fired immediately I guarantee the majority of customers call for a quote if this guy answers the phone you will lose that possible customer
