Hello, my name is Karine, and I have been listening to Rick Dees in the mornings since I was 14, which is when I came to this country, didn't speak a word of English, but the music was my best friend, the little radio my parents bought for me, I carried it to the kitchen when I did the dishes, in the bath when I took my shower, and next to my bed until I fell asleep. I was very sad when I heard that Rick no longer was on 102.7, and than one day I saw the billboard with his picture on it, and than the TV ads, and now I listen to it most of the daytime. I am so happy not to hear all that garbage music the play these days on all the other stations.



It is very pleasing to my ears to hear that your station agrees with my taste.

And Rick, you are still the best DJ in this town.

I would like to tell you that please do not talk while you are mixing music at 5 o' clock time. You can talk after the mixing two songs so that we can hear when one song changes into another . Thanks
