Purchased a PS4 via walmart.com and it took 7 days to get to me. The PS4 that we received was the wrong one and I called customer service immediately. No answer, so I left a VM and then called the President (also let VM). No return call after 2 days so I sent an email and finally got a reply 7 days later informing me I could not return the product since it had been over the 14 day return policy. So now we are stuck with a $300 PS4 that we do not need. I would not purchase anything from this company. NO service and complex return policies.
