I wish I could give this store a negative star. Absolute worst service I've ever had. There's 2 older men that work here. One being the owner and the other one is completely clueless or acts like he is. I dropped off one boot on a Friday afternoon, all it needed was the zipper fixed. I told the guy I was leaving for a trip wensday and I would need it done before then. His reply was "I don't know maybe it will be done wensday". I asked him if there was anyone else I could talk to and he gave me the number to the store (where he was the only employee there) finally after 2 days of excessive calling I get the owner and explain my dilemma and tell him if it can't be done it's fine I'll take it elsewhere. He tells me my boot will be done by tuesday. I show up Tuesday and my boot is sitting there on the top counter. The guy behind the counter is just sitting there doing nothing. When I ask him about it I get "I don't know." I had to delay my trip and when I talked to the owner he says yeah it was done tuesday why didn't you come? When I told him I did come then he said oh yeah well oat done now. What a liar! So I end up paying 25$ for the brainiest service of my life for the most simplest job I could have given them. By boots only cost me about 35$ so they ended becoming my 60$ boots. What a joke!!! Don't not waste your time at this ridiculous excuse for a shop.
