Brought my Jeep in for a window opening problem that needed repair, and the rear lift hatch shocks that keep back open were shot. The Shocks were replaced and Window fixed perfectly, at half of what the dealer wanted to charge as my jeep is no longer under warranty. Great work, great pricing.

FINALLY a car repair place I can trust!

My wife and I recently moved to Burbank, and I'm sure anybody would understand the stress involved with finding a new reliable mechanic. We tried a few places that seemed honest at first, but decided to keep looking after things got suspicious... Anyway, we were out eating at our favorite Mexican restaurant (Tequila's) and noticed the big painted car mural on Julian's building from across the street. Yeah, I know that's an odd way to choose a mechanic, but we were running out of options at that point, and decided to give them a shot at earning our trust. Well after having my Camaro fixed by Billy (the current manager of Julian's) the overall experience left me feeling like I could trust him with our future automotive needs. Not only does he live up to his reputation as a knowledgeable mechanic, he's also a great guy to converse with. After a few minutes of talking to him, you'd think he moonlights as a successful bartender as well! I strongly recommend Julian's Automotive, and plan on giving them my business from here on out. I just hope I don't have to see them TOO often!

HONESTY, KNOWLEDGE OF THEIR TRADE, RELIABILITY, AND SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE are the 4 key elements that people would be looking for in any establishment. Some may have just one of the four, while others may have two of the four, let's face it , it's really difficult to find a place where all these 4 elements are met....BUT.....we have actually found it in Julian's!!!



My family has been going to Julian's for some years now and we are glad that they moved just a few blocks away from their original site and not out of the city or farther or it would be such a great loss for our family. We appreciate Billy's solid work ethic and combined with his knowledge ensures delivery of high caliber results which is truly applaudable. He has been servicing both mine and my wife's cars as well as my 21 year old son's car. And now that my 18 year old just got a car too we will have Billy work on it and maintain it as well. Not too far along in the future, my 14 year old son will soon have a car in a couple of years or so and we will definitely bring it to Julian's as well.



We thank God for people like Billy and his crew, he is a rare breed and WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND Julian's to anyone who is looking for an Automotive Repair shop.
