This lot far overcharges for Burbank. $1 per 15 min. I was going to pay with cash as my parking cost me $1. The attendant told me that machine only took credit so to cancel the transaction and switch machines. When I did so, now my parking cost $2. I complained, and he said it happens all the time. So I can't help but think he told me to switch machines intentionally, to drive up the rate. Otherwise, why say switch? Tell me that if don't have a card I can switch, but that the price might go up. That way I can decide.

When I said I wanted to speak with someone in charge, he took ages to find a card to call a voicemail. Didn't tell me to use the assistance button on the machine. When I finally found the correct way to speak to someone (basically don't do what the employee says to do), the person said I'll be refunded. If I am, I'll raise the stars. But until then, I'm left with a sour taste in my mouth and conviction they are trying to scam customers.

This parking lot is very expensive and emploees are rude. They take advantage of disables and elderly with low income people.Each time parking cost between $ 7.00 or $ 9.00. This is not Beverly Hills that rich and wealty people live. Have some understanding ,
