Employees named Talim and Jenik stood there talking in the Armenian language for 20 or more minutes. I put my item down and decided never to shop here again. It is like going to another country. Most of my friends have stopped shopping at this Macy's and now I have too.They need to redo their hiring practices as this is the reason they are losing customers. It has nothing to do with online shopping.

I really wish this Macy's would get updated and start carrying more brands some of the other stores carry. The customer service was wonderful but the selection is bleak.

Well, I spend quite a bit of money here. It's close, easy, and meets my needs for personal and gift shopping.

We love Macy's, especially Alessandro in the furniture department - very knowledgeable and artistic.

I don't normally go to this location, but I just needed to buy a table cloth. There was 10 tables cloths to choose from. When I went to pay, there was one register open for the entire lower level. Unacceptable on a Sunday afternoon. Especially during the holidays.

All the employees were very helpful, and take a personel interest in the customer
