Provided by YPmobileThis bagel shop has gone down hill quickly. Over the last few months the shop itself has gone from bad to worse with regards to service, quality of food (they now don't have the basic ingredients for their sandwiches and want to substitute items). They no longer offer free refills, and made the layout of their store inconvenient. After being a customer for 10 years, I won't be coming back.
