I love the customer service in this place. The sales people are always willing to help look for random things I go in there for. The kids show section is always a mess but the other sections are kept pretty clean. Paying by card can get you checked out faster.

If you have a lot of time to browse, it's great. Definitely not a quick in/quick out store. Pretty organized except the clearance racks. The woman's shoe section is nice, the children's shoes are usually a mess and very disorganized.

My go to place for shoes for work and play. Great selection on name brand shirts for kids (better than with a coupon at kohls)

I love having this store in Burbank. I can usually find something cute to wear or a cute bag. They are always getting new merchandise. Lots to choose from. They have a pretty good kids section. I can get my son the shorts he likes for about $20 less than what they go for at Nordstrom. It's best to go early in the day when the store is organized. Service is pretty good and you can usually go straight to a sales associate to pay if paying by credit card. The weekends are crazy here though.

Good selection of quality clothing at reduced prices. Love the clearance racks and going to the clear the rack sales for extra savings.

Prices are a big selling point. High end clothes for little money. What they have to sell changes with what's available so selection varies. No salespeople on the floor but the cashiers move you out in a timely manner.

You can find some great deals here! Sometimes it can be crazy & stuff everywhere (mainly kids shoes). I like that they have different departments (men, women, kids, makeup, accessories, jewelry, etc. They carry nice brands & usually good prices.
