The Pacific Homes Foundation undertakes renovation projects and raises money to fund capital projects, resident assistance, and life-enrichment programs and services. It is a part of Front Porch that provides a variety of support services to nonprofit foundations that serve individuals and families through retirement, adult and housing communities. Front Porch serves more than 3,000 people in the states of Florida, Louisiana and California. Established in 1999, Front Porch also works with the California Lutheran Homes Foundation, Sunny View Foundation and Foundation to Assist California Teachers. Front Porch also partners with various housing ministries and provides ethical services. The Pacific Homes Foundation is located in Burbank, Calif.
