The employees might be very knowledgeable and helpful at this pet store, but the owners of this company do not care about your pets. I repeat THEY DO NOT care about your animals. You need to make sure you do not support this pet store. Everything is outdated and the supplies will not help your animals, whether you have a dog, lizard, hamster, or even a fish. Make the smart decision today and DO NOT shop at Peggy Woods!

Nice neighborhood pet store with all types of supplies. They have

birds and fish and employees who are knowledgeable about the animals and usually helpful.

I would love to love this pet store. It is centrally located and

has a huge assortment of pet supplies, however, I have had sporadic "friendly" service. I had to leave without my purchase once because of a rude employee.

Shant who runs the fish department is extremely knowledgeble when it comes to fish. He is not pushy. He is very helpful, he takes his time explaining all the ins and outs of fish keeping. Every bit of advice I have gotten from him has worked to the T. Shant doesn't try to shove chemicals down someones throat or try to sell them rubbish they don't need. If he doesn't have the fish you want he is more than happy to order it for you. Don't waste your time going to Speciality Aquariums and dealing with sales people who look down on you. Go see the good folks at Peggy woods, if you need anything for your hobby.
