Have always gone to CLA as they were AMAZING - now it's Quest and it's a CLUSTER YOU-KNOW-WHAT to even get information or set up an appt. HATE, HATE, HATE these guys. So happy to have found Providence Labs - they actually ANSWER THE PHONE PERSONALLY and answer any question you may have to set up an appt. immediately. With Quest you have to go through a half hour of automated bull**** just to get to someone who is then rude, snarky and gives the impression she'd rather be sipping a margarita than helping you. Good riddance - thank GOD for Providence! :)

If only every medical office could be this efficient!! I went into Quest Diagnostic this morning at 7:45 am to have my annual routine blood draw. I was out of there by 8 am. My phlebotomist was relaxed, focused and personable. I had even forgotten my insurance card and he was unfazed, unlike myself. Needless to say, I highly recommend this lab!

Make an appointment!!! If you do they will get you in and out quickly. Staff is friendly and experienced, pain free!
