Note: I believe there are 3 doctors in this partnership, and I only have experience with Dr. Catherine Chern, and so cannot comment on the other two.

Dr. Chern has been my doc for about 4 or 5 years now, after bouncing around from one doctor to the next for a few years looking for a good fit. She's been consistently knowledgeable, organized, caring and personable. I've seen her for annual exams, referrals, injuries and maybe one or two illnesses, and have never been disappointed with the care, concern, manner, communication or service.

The office staff is friendly and polite, and the office environment is comfortable. The only downside is you have to make your regular appointments 4-6 months in advance, so you've got to be a bit organized and flexible. When I've needed to be seen short notice, it hasn't been a problem.

All in all, I'd highly recommend Dr. Chern as, hands-down, the best primary care physician I've ever had.
