The service is good. However, make sure to count the items when checking them out. Even if the count is correct, make sure they are the clothes you dropped with them. I trust them and never check my clothes until I lost a size 8 INC pant which was replaced by a size 2 NYC long skirt. Owner does not accept that it was their error. I never buy clothes from this store. Then recently, I lost the jacket of my Jones New York suit and a newly bought Calvin Klein pant. Owner said she gave me whatever I dropped with them. Finally, she found the Jones New York jacket but she keeps on telling me that she will call me if they find the Calvin Klein pant. She did this to me with my INC pant until nothing happen. When you dropped clothes with them, make sure they put them right away in the bag. When they are busy, they set them aside together with other customer's clothes. I'm still waiting for my pair of pants to show up.
