This place was great. A couple friends and I went to camp and see Dave Matthews Band last summer (July/August 2014) at First Niagara Pavilion. There is TONS of space for tents, nothing is blocked off and there are several different windy (gravel) roads you can follow to different fields and wooded areas, so finding a secluded spot isn't impossible. We got there around 4, set up camp and drank until around 6, then walked to the trailer for the "shuttle" ride to the Pavilion. The shuttle was a pick up truck that about ten of us sat in the bed of (on our ride it started pouring, but it was so hot that day it actually felt great). If you get to the trailer after everyone else who's going to the concert, you have to wait, but it doesn't take more than 45 minutes, so planning ahead will get you there right on time and they drop you off pretty close. The owner, Pamela Anderson, is hilarious and sweet. She's cool to you if you are cool to her. After the concert they have a return shuttle, this wasn't the best. You have to walk from the pavilion quite a ways before you get to the shuttle stop, and wait with 30 other people who are trying to get back as well. This time it was a mini-van and the wait was longer, so don't count on continuing the party once you get back, after the walk and wait everyone was pretty worn out. I'm 23 and the noise was not a bother, but for someone older it might be. When we got back, there were people camped near us who were drinking and listening to music. Again, this was NO problem for us, but could be for others. I would suggest getting to Bennett Acres pretty early (2-3pm) to get a good spot that isn't too far from the trailer (there's so much land you could find a great spot but end up walking a half mile to the shuttle). I don't know anything about their facilities because we just peed in the bushes all night, but other reviews say they are horrible, though I am not sure why you'd feel the need to take a shower when camping anyway. All in all, this was a great experience at an ok price. We are actually staying there again this weekend, hopefully it's just as fun!

amazing time and fun place

My family and I camp out here all the time not only on concert night but also just for fun on weekend. The fishing is great the views and beautiful and the staff are courteous respectful and helpful. This is a wonderful place to get away from all the hustle and bustle of the world. Waking up to a great sun rise and nature everywere. Would recomend this camp site to anyone who wants a TRUE camping experience.

keeps me coming back

I bring my 4 kids out here to camp with my wige all the time. If we arent camping then we come out just to fish nd picnic. You truely get back to nature out here. Great place to come for rustic camping with plenty of space (over 90 acres). Close to first niagra well worth the minor entry fee.

Don't waste your time or money

We stayed here because it's so close to Post-Gazette Pavlion. Big mistake. They charge $15 per person to camp and it must be paid in cash. Not too big of a deal, though it's a little bit expensive for tent camping with no electric or water. There are no marked campsites, you have to just pick a spot. They charge $5 for a fire ring and $20 for seven pieces of 1/2 burned (they collect it from leftovers in fires when people leave) firewood. They locked the bathrooms with padlocks and instead put two porta-potties in front of them (on a hill). There was no access to sinks to wash up, though there were three really nasty shower stalls that were left unlocked. "Quiet hours" were marked 11pm-7am but everybody was blasting music and shooting off fireworks until at least 3am. Bad campground, rude staff, a general bad experience.
