I knew what I wanted and they took the time to sell me the car and explained to me how the repair of the cars is done and how to use it.

Provided by YP.comThanks again for going above and beyond in expediting trading in my truck and my driving out with the Rav4 in one visit. Your excellent reputation at Burien Toyota is well deserved. Trading in a truck half way thru the contract for a slightly older vehicle seems crazy at first but factoring the gas savings alone over time makes perfect sense. The Rav4 is a delight to drive. Toyota should call it a 4WD sports car. I kept your business cards to pass out to anyone who would like to trade their trucks in for one of your excellent economy cars.

Provided by YP.comWhile the sales staff was typical of car dealers, and the service staff seemingly knowledgable, the Customer Service personnel seem incompetent. I had an issue that the service staff couldn't resolve. They suggested I go to Toyota Corporate, who then looped me back to the dealership. I received a call from a Customer Service person who was rude and unhelpful. When I received a "how'd we do?" e-mail from corporate, I told them exactly how they did. Within a couple of days, the GM phoned me and left a message. I returned the call any number of occasions and was always told he was out. I left several messages and finally gave up. Not only will I never purchase another Toyota, I wouldn't buy another car of any make from Burien Toyota. Once they had my $$, they had everything they needed and will never give me or my car a second thought.

He helped me through the contract issues and price negotiation. I appreciated his enthusiasm about the product and his obvious people skills. He made me and my mom feel very comfortable. I brought my vehicle in to have the oil changed. When I got it back 4 hours later, it had an extra 23 miles on the odometer, a cracked windshield, and several deep scratches in the passenger side fenders and door. A friend saw my vehicle being driven by two strangers (it has personalized plates) in the nearby town of White Center and called me on his cell phone. Burien Toyota denies any wrong doing and refuses to pay for the damages.

Provided by YP.comI called several dealerships to inquire about availability and prices for new trucks. Tim, at Burien Toyota, answered my questions quickly and was very straightforward. Up front, he quoted prices for three of the trucks I was interested in and explained differences for each of the vehicles. After shopping around and waiting many hours (an average of four hours to get a price) at each of the other dealerships, Burien Toyota had the best price and best attitude. Tim listened to my needs for a truck and did not try to sell me something I was not interested in.
I think they actually wanted me to be satisfied with my purchase and not just make a sale.

Provided by YP.comI brought my 2005 Prius here for routine 30,000 mile maintenance and they completely botched the job. My car was in the shop over 2 weeks total, it ended up costing thousands of dollars, and the manager was impolite, arrogant and seemed to have a little man complex. They put the wrong fluid in my transmission and ruined it, a fact I did not discover until I was driving it home. They tried to charge me for EVERYTHING. I will never go here again or recommend it to anyone.
