Unfortunately the laws in Washington State require us to follow to a certain course before filing a law suit so we have had to spend in excess of $10,000.00 as a result of Cyndi Ort's false disclosures. We have requested the roof warranty for over six months with no resolve while dealing with a roof that leaks like a sieve. There was substantial water damage not disclosed that ORT realty was aware of. We have requested amended disclosures for over 8 months with no resolve. ORT realty are liars and thieves and everyone should know it.
