If I could leave negative stars I really would. I am not one for leaving reviews but I felt like, I needed it to.

My husband had to attend some classes at Esperanza. The first incident that happen, Was when they forgot to send his paperwork to his lawyer, Not once but 3 times. When he had asked them to send it a week prior. Second, they told him to pick up some paperwork on the day the facility was closed. Not to mention the way they messed up his file and let him believe he was done with his classes. Then they realized they had mixed his file up with someone else's. Lastly, they told him he was all done with his classes and they called him to tell him they had forgotten to do some other things. Very unprofessional. I wanted to support a local Hispanic counseling place but I am very upset as well as disappointed that they carry their facility like this. Would not recommend it. Please save your money and time!
