Love this place! Crazy deals on all kids of stuff. My son loves this store.

This is bottomline my favorite 2nd hand kids store, and has been for 4 years. I honestly am shocked to find these bad reviews, and have never experienced the owner as rude. I've bought countless items for my own two boys and for my friends and family's kids. She sells stuff quickly so there is always something new. When I bring stuff in to sell, she can only buy it 1/3 of the time, simply because she has such a high inventory, because of the stores popularity. Maybe she makes a bad first impression, I don't know. I've experienced her being a great listener, helping me problem solve when I'm looking for an item she happens not to have in, and she asks about my kiddos and extended family members by name! Very sweet lady who helps people in the community (despite any income level, gender, or race). I've witnessed it first hand. Also I remember one snow day I was working and we had now snow clothes for my two year old. My husband hauled my son to her store on foot, on a sled, and she helped deck out my son in snow clothes, throwing in some warm socks for free. Consider disregarding other reviews :)

The owner is very rude! I have been there a few times to trade clothes. They do have good stuff there, is why I keep going back. But even as a regular customer, the owner is always VERY rude!! Not what you'd expect from a small business!!! So if your looking for gently used baby stuff I would recommend this store! But don't expect good service from the owner!! She makes it almost not worth stopping in!!

I went into this store today. The woman at the counter was very rude. I had never been in before and my daughter had a pair of Lucky jeans she wanted to sell, so I went in and asked the women at the counter if they were accepting clothing. She said "NO" with no explanation. I said, " Okay, thanks." And as I was walking away she said "We only take name brand clothing." I thought it was strange she would say "No" before finding out what I even had to sell. So I decided to go to a different consignment store. I took them to a store in West Seattle who was happy to take the jeans.
