We're from El Paso, Tx, and have a second home in Seattle. Our passion is in fine dining, and after dining at several Italian eateries in the Seattle area, this place has got to be the absolute best Italian restaurant in the entire area. Purely authentic Italian cuisine, where the food ordered simply melts in your mouth. The Chef/owner makes your dining experience extremely special, and the wine list is simple, but perfect for whatever you may order. The ribeye steak was cooked to perfection with a sauce that simply made it melt in your mouth. My son's Pollo alla Carlo was was unbelievably tender and juicy (considering it was breast of chicken), and was able to be cut with a fork! In addition, the pasta dishes are cooked to perfection, no matter what type you may order. A trip to this gem in Burien will be well worth it if you're in the mood for the best Italian cuisine in the Seattle area!!!!!
