We purchased the $120 special where they send "expert technicians" to come check your heating and cooling system. Please don't fall for the gimmick ads. We purchased this as our furnace was not quite heating the house and would continually run last winter. First technician that came out was very friendly but after he got done checking the furnace, he quoted me over $2,500 in upkeep costs to fix a few issues. He took a few temperature readings, inspected some parts and also cleared the drain hose coming from the furnace. He told us the furnace is running okay and he made a couple of adjustments to help. After he left we noticed the furnace still wasn't heating the house well and was continually running and actually became worse. I went into the attic to find the drain hose leaking from the drain hose he had supposedly cleared. Thankfully I didn't wait longer than a couple of days to inspect after he left or my ceiling could have been seriously ruined. I called back and the company sent another technician who again came and cleared the drain hose filter and said it was good to go after a couple of adjustments. Just in case I went into the attic later that night and sure enough, it again was leaking on my ceiling. At this point we had enough so we called a friend who works in the HVAC industry and he immediately found the problem and blew out the drain hose which was blocked with some sort of debris. He also pulled the thermo-couple and found it was dirty, cleaned it and a short bit later we could feel the difference in the house. He fixed all this in less than 10 minutes so we had him look over the system and his opinion was much different and stated the furnace didn't need all those repairs. The technicians were friendly but we wouldn't ever trust Mike Graham's technicians anymore.

They installed my indoor and outdoor HVAC units years ago, and recently pointed out some maintenance work that needed to be done to keep my unit in peak performance. From scheduling an appointment with Sade H., to the interaction with the HVAC tech Tony R., it was nothing but professional. Tony arrived at the time he was suppose to, and promptly went to work. He was courteous to my dogs as well. After he completed his work, he cleaned up the work areas. He provided me with a copy of the invoice as well as a detailed list of what work he had completed.

I highly recommend Mike Graham's for their professionalism and prompt service that they have provided for me over the years.
