I had sedation dentistry with Dr. Ghannam. After having years of not being able to have a dentist look in my mouth, let alone, do surgery, I was very impressed when I met with the office and every person I came in contact with was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Ghannam made me feel like I was the only patient he has and explained, in great detail, how my treatment was going to work. I felt relaxed on the day surgery was going to begin, but I can say now, I have not stopped smiling after going through surgery and have my before crooked, awful teeth fixed to a beautiful smile. I am very pleased with Artisan and will refer them to my friends. I wish I could post a picture for the world to see.

Not a good company at all to work with! Insurance was late settling a bill, and instead of waiting for the insurance company to clear matters, Carson's office contracted a collection's agency to harass us. This is not professional or friendly. They would not accept insurance claim on the bill and forced the customer to pay out of pocket! BAD DENTIST PRACTICE. Also encourages many costly procedures that are not even necessary! THIS DENTIST JUST WANTS TO TAKE YOUR MONEY!
