Overall the folks who run this specific location do a great job and have done so for more than 20 years. They should be given a raise. I had one hiccup last week, however, and I just want you know about it. From my view, it's highly likely it does not pertain to the folk who run the counter at this location. For the very first time I initiated a hold on my mail using the USPS online feature to start the day before Thanksgiving. To our dismay as I was leaving that day, the carrier pulled up to my mailbox to deliver mail as I was leaving the house. That mail should have been held. So it appears there was incomplete communication from my online request to the carrier that day. How do you fix that?
