This is a good place to go and no need for appointment. I was seen by a doctor, the staff friendly. The prescription was electronically sent to the pharmacy. So efficient. I will go there again.

Staff and Dr Cummings are great. Very convenient, clean, knowledgeable and professional. Waited only 10 minutes to see the Doctor as a walk in.

The two locations (Silverbrook...

The two locations (Silverbrook and Lee Memorial Hwy) are excellent. However, this place is awful and I'll never be going back.

I came in with a mild ear infection (I thought) and asked if I needed my ears flushed for wax. The nurse practitioner did it, and did it very ham-fistedly, so painfully that when she flushed my left ear, I screamed and began crying immediately. When I said, "You hurt me" she said, "I didn't hurt you, I do this to people all the time." And looked at me like I was stupid. The doctor had to come back in and look at my ears...she seemed mystified as to why my ears were bothering me and gave me antibiotics as if to pacify me rather than offer me an apology for the ineptness of her assistant or explain what could have made a simple ear flush so painful.

Now, my ears are worse than when I went in, and I wish I had never come here!

Don't ever waste your time com...

Don't ever waste your time coming to a place like this, I might as well have stayed home and self medicated.

Walked in, signed in/provided insurance info and waited. Shortly after, nurse brought me in, got vitals, etc. Waited in the exam room for a few minutes, a gentleman walks in, wearing plain clothes (i.e. no white coat, or anything to distinguish himself as a doctor). Greets me as Dr. Singh, and asks whats wrong. Explain everything to him, then without any examination concludes my diagnosis (all within 45 seconds of meeting me) and recommends some over the counter medicine. He left the room and that was it.

Go to the receptionist expecting a receipt/invoice, however she says that i owe nothing. Bright spot of the day. A month later i get and invoice in the mail saying i owe $10 for a co-pay on my insurance. Call the office, and the lady states that my insurance has a $10 co-pay (it sure as hell doesn't). I ask why the lady at the desk told me i dont owe anything, and she was like "Your insurance card did not state whether you had a co-pay or not". Not to compound the general lack of intelligence coming from the other end of the line, she then states "Your insurance notified us of a $10 co-pay". Seeing that there was just no convincing her, i paid the $10.

Im appreciating the speed by giving this place two stars. As for being a medical facility, you're more likely to receive better treatment at the veterinarian's hospital down the street.
