I went in on the morning of Thursday 3/14 to order a cake for my pregnant wife's 30th birthday, which she specially requested due to her love for the fudge crunch cakes and the fudge piping she's had before from Baskin Robbins. When I went to pick her cake up for her surprise party I had planned on the afternoon of Saturday 3/17, they informed me they didn't have a cake or any order. After speaking with the manager, I was informed they found the order in the back, but they didn't fill it, because they 'no longer offer fudge crunch cakes there.' They never called to inform me of this and it resulted in not even having a cake for her surprise party. The manager continually tried to point me to the fridge of pre-made cakes instead of addressing the issue that she doesn't care for that cake in the first place. It was HIGHLY unprofessional and I'd expect more from a business like this. I would have gone to DQ if I would have known this would happen.
