Where do I start? I have some family member's that rented a place here. They cut the pull hitch off their Mobil e home after being told not to touch private property. These family members had some bad medical issues and couldn't get it moved due to the hitch being cut off and the large sum it would take to get it fixed to have it moved. They had no choice but to leave it. I tried to talk to the office manager and was screamed at over the phone. She wouldn't allow me to explain anything she just screamed and raised her voice. Seeing this was not going anywhere I just hung up. We were trying to find someone to get the trailer and received a judgment in the mail. The family members were never served any papers just received a judgment. They are now telling us that the judgment is not part of the money they want which is not what the judgment said. I wouldn't rent from this place ever and I wish the family hadn't.

The trailers are old and not well put together. They just put a fresh coat of paint and tell you all is fine. then you sign the papers. Then everything starts falling apart and they will not fix it. They only sell and will not rent. The office staff is difficult and they are rude. We lived there for 4 years we were made promises after promises and nothing was ever followed through on. We ended up with black mold growing in our trailer from things that were not fixed before we moved in. After we moved out, they simply painted over the problem. They have already sold the trailer to someone else. Please if you chose to live here make sure you look really good at the place first and make sure you get everything in writing before you sign any agreement.

After living here for two years, (my new husband has been here ten) we are ready to leave. This once beautiful park is now lacking what it used to. We are now facing police presence almost every day. Don't know why except we are told by management to call the cops if we have a problem. They are not babysitters. Yards have grown up and trash is almost always on the ground by the dumpsters. By the way the buffalo are no longer here. While improvements are being made to the grounds, improvements to the managements interactions with tenants could stand some improvement as well. Most of us miss the rules and regulations that seem to have flown out the door. And we especially miss the buffalo that was the first thing you would see when you drove in. Think twice because what seems to good to be true might very well be.
